Installing Sybase 11 Ubuntu 12.04

Hi I have a issue with when I am installing sybase 11 in Ubuntu 12.04 with wine verison 1.4.1
when a run the setup only I see a error in a dir TEMP you can see the file attached
Please helpme if you need more information you can tellme I a a newie with wine.

Start by upgrading Wine to the latest development release. If it still doesn't work, post the full console output as text pasted into your post (not a screenshot).
