Timezone problem

I'm having a timezone problem, even though it is correctly set in the system wine doesn't recognize Europe/Istanbul and .net applications doesn't start because of this. I tried importing matching registry key from windows but it is still the same.(Changed Display name to Europe/Istanbul as it was different.) Any idea what else I can try? I don't want to change my timezone to anything else.

You didn't mention what Wine version you're using. If it's not the latest development release, upgrade. If the problem occurs in current Wine, file a bug.
