Nouveau project needs trace dumps

If you have one of the listed GPUs, you might consider helping Nouveau: Dear All, After recently taking a little dive into the NVAC clock tree, I was wondering what that net would look like on cards I expect to be similar. In this case I'm looking for MMIOtraces of NVAA and NVAF, which is marketed a...

Re: Hunted - The Demons Forge error....

I have installed, via winetricks, DirectX9 and the vcrun suite. When running the game for the first time, there was an error concerning eihter Xact or Xinput, so I installed both. wine: Call from 0x7bc499e0 to unimplemented function msvcrt.dll._aligned_malloc, aborting Installing native vcrun* got ...

For those of you that don't want to compile wine, you can set the values in the registry:

updated winetricks directx-beta verb

Howdy all, I've updated winetricks's directx-beta verb to hopefully workaround the problems it has in wine. Using directx-beta now installs directx in winxp mode, then also extracts and regsvr's the directplay and directmusic dll's (using the winetricks directplay and the new winetricks directmusic ...

To make it easier, the latest winetricks (from svn) has a beta verb:
http://winezeug.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/winetricks

'winetricks directx9-beta' will give the XP install, and 'winetricks directx9' gives the old behavior (on OS X, the xp install is forced).

winetricks directx9 test needed

Howdy wine-users, Apparently 'winetricks directx9' crashes on Mac OS X, but works if the windows version is set to winxp instead of win2k (inside winetricks itself). The installer doesn't work under wine perfectly, so installing as win2k or winxp gives different installs. I don't game much, and the ...
